Originated in 2015, InCommunities Consulting, LLC is a community action consulting firm specializing in customized solutions to promote organizational effectiveness through diversity and inclusionary business practices for nonprofits, higher education institutions, and governmental agencies.
Meet Our Founder
Edith L. Gibson, President & CEO
Edith is a graduate of Michigan State University and a lifelong contributor to social justice, community development, and disability empowerment within rural, urban, and global communities. She has served on nonprofit and public sector Boards related to community supports for children with developmental disabilities, higher education, healthcare, and housing.
